PICK UP ORDERS
Pick up options are available for Singapore Orders only. Cold Press Records is an online store and does not have a physical store front; all arrangements are based on meet up. Please indicate your mobile number at the Payment stage to facilitate the arrangement. After placing the order, an email confirmation will be sent to notify that Cold Press Records will be in touch to arrange the meet up. 

SHIPPING ORDERS

SINGAPORE ORDERS
Standard - Orders will take 3-4 working days to be delivered upon shipped. No tracking information will be available. 

Expedited - Orders will take 2-3 working days to be delivered upon shipped. Tracking information will be available. 

Note: Standard options are fulfilled by SingPost. Expedited options are fulfilled by either local courier services (eg, QExpress, Ninja Van etc) or SingPost with tracking. Final selected service will be based on the most economical and closest option from customer’s selected shipping option at point of purchase. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard - Orders will take at least 6-14 working days to be delivered upon shipped. No tracking information provided. 

Expedited - Orders will take at least 6-14 working days to be delivered upon shipped. Tracking information after despatch from Singapore is subject to the destination's post availability.

**Note: Standard options are fulfilled by SingPost Basic. Expedited options are fulfilled by SingPost Registered; tracking number will be sent to customer upon fulfilment.

**selected destinations: All orders are fulfilled based on the above mentioned services by default. Shipping services used may include third party courier services (eg, SF Express, Aramex, DHL etc); subject to cost at the point of purchase and destination. Final selected shipping service will be based on the most economical and closest option from the customer's selected shipping option at the point of purchase.
